For a first time, I’d keep it simple and not buy too much at once. Start with a small amount, choose something mild, and avoid mixing too many products until you know how you react. If you’re buying from a legal shop, I’d ask the staff for a beginner-friendly option rather than going straight for the strongest stuff.

If you want to save money, don't buy too many boosters at first. Basic nutrition + stable environment is quite enough.

I started directly with premix soil and it was much easier. Then you can gradually add coconut/perlite.

Whatever the novice chooses, start with a low dose and observe his reaction. This is the safest.

My recommendation for beginners is: good premix soil + light food. The result is stable.

I switched to photoperiod in my second cycle and had much more control over my training. It is still practical to start with an auto.

In addition to reviews, ask the seller about the percentage of germs - that will tell you a lot about the quality you are getting.
